Apple Onion is the Non-GMO, new variety of Onion which does not make you cry when you cut them. Very mild flavor with the touch of sweetness of Apple. Over 25 years of study by House Foods Group, Inc. Awarded with Ig Nobel Prize. Still in the testing phase for the American Market.
